Please come in with clean, dry, detangled, product free hair. No ponytails, buns, braids, or anything that will cause a crease.
Failure to do so will cause the service unable to be completed. You will be charged the full price of service even if services is not rendered.
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 100% the price of your scheduled appointment.
You may modify or cancel your appointment without charge anytime 48 hours preceding the start time of your appointment.
Less than 48 hours notice will be considered a “Late Cancellation” and will results in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service.
There is a grace period of 15 minutes for your appointment. Late arrivals will be charged 100% of the schedule services even if there is not enough time for services to be rendered.
If you do not cancel or fail to show up for your appointment, you will be considered a “No Show” and charged full price of the scheduled services. You will not be rebooked.
You must come in at least once a year to maintain Existing Client status.
