1. Hair Preparation
Clients must arrive with clean, dry, detangled, and product-free hair. Avoid hairstyles that cause creases, such as ponytails or braids. Failure to comply may result in rescheduling, and the full service fee will still apply.
2. Payment and Refunds
• A valid credit card must be kept on file to book an appointment.
• All services are non-refundable. However, adjustments may be offered within 7 days of the appointment, at the stylist’s discretion.
3. Service Satisfaction
If you’re not satisfied with your service, notify us within 7 days for a complimentary adjustment. Adjustments are limited to the original service requested.
4. Appointment Changes and Cancellations
• 50% Fee for Changes or Cancellations Within 48 Hours: Changes or cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the service fee.
• No-Shows: Failure to show up without notice will result in a 100% charge and no further bookings.
5. Late Arrivals
A 15-minute grace period applies. If you arrive later, we may need to reschedule, and the full service fee will still apply.
6. Maintain Existing Client Status
To maintain your status as an existing client, you must visit the studio at least once a year. Regular visits allow us to keep your hair’s health and style on track, ensuring you always get the best results. Clients who lapse over 12 months will need to book as new clients and may require additional consultations.
7. Health and Safety
We reserve the right to refuse service if hair or scalp conditions pose risks. Please disclose any allergies or sensitivities before your appointment.
8. Guests and Children
For safety and focus, only the client receiving the service may be present in the studio.
9. Photo and Video Consent
We may take photos or videos of your hair for promotional purposes. If you do not consent, please let us know before your appointment.
10. Emergency Closures
In the event of unexpected closures (e.g., illness, weather), we will reschedule your appointment at the earliest convenience without penalty.
11. Privacy
Your personal information is kept confidential and will not be shared without consent.
12. Policy Updates
Policies are subject to change without notice. The most current version will always be available on our website.
