Policies

  • Please come in with clean, dry, detangled, product free hair. No ponytails, buns, braids, or anything that will cause a crease.


  • Failure to do so will cause the service unable to be completed. You will be charged the full price of service even if services is not rendered.


  • We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 100% the price of your scheduled appointment.


  • You may modify or cancel your appointment without charge anytime 48 hours preceding the start time of your appointment.


  • Less than 48 hours notice will be considered a “Late Cancellation” and will results in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service.


  • There is a grace period of 15 minutes for your appointment. Late arrivals will be charged 100% of the schedule services even if there is not enough time for services to be rendered.


  • If you do not cancel or fail to show up for your appointment, you will be considered a “No Show” and charged full price of the scheduled services. You will not be rebooked.


  • You must come in at least once a year to maintain Existing Client status.
